Return Policy

We strive to ensure every customer of our online store is fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the received item, you may return or exchange it in accordance with this policy and the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

1. Conditions for Return/Exchange:

Term: You have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the order, except for items that are not subject to return or exchange according to the law.

Goods of proper quality: Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged if they were not used and their marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the receipt issued to the customer are preserved.

Goods of improper quality: If the product is of improper quality (factory defect, damage during transportation, etc.), you have the right to return or exchange it during the warranty period set by the manufacturer or another period provided by law.

2. Goods not eligible for return/exchange:

According to Appendix №3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, №172, the following goods of proper quality are not subject to return:

  • Food products, medicines, and hygiene items.

  • Non-food items included in the Cabinet’s list. (Specify depending on your assortment.)

For example: perfumes and cosmetics, underwear, hosiery, baby products, printed publications, etc.

3. Return/Exchange Procedure:

  • Contact us: Within 14 days of receiving the order, contact our support service at [Your phone number] or [Your email] and state your intention, order number, and reason.

  • Fill out the return form: Our manager will send you a form to complete and return via email or with the product.

  • Send the product: Mail the item to [Your return address], securely packaged.

  • Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the decision.

4. Delivery Costs:

  • Proper quality: Paid by the customer.

  • Improper quality: Paid by us (the store).

5. Refunds:

Processed to your bank card or another agreed method within [Specify term, e.g., 3–7 business days]. Actual timing depends on your bank.
