Conditions for Return\/Exchange:<\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"633\"><strong data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"425\">Term:<\/strong> You have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the order, except for items that are not subject to return or exchange according to the law.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"860\"><strong data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"663\">Goods of proper quality:<\/strong> Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged if they were not used and their marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the receipt issued to the customer are preserved.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"1114\"><strong data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"892\">Goods of improper quality:<\/strong> If the product is of improper quality (factory defect, damage during transportation, etc.), you have the right to return or exchange it during the warranty period set by the manufacturer or another period provided by law.<\/p>\r\n<h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1163\">2. Goods not eligible for return\/exchange:<\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1339\">According to Appendix \u21163 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, \u2116172, the following goods of proper quality are not subject to return:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1476\">\r\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1387\">\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1387\">Food products, medicines, and hygiene items.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1476\">\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1476\">Non-food items included in the Cabinet\u2019s list. (Specify depending on your assortment.)<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1576\">For example: perfumes and cosmetics, underwear, hosiery, baby products, printed publications, etc.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1687\">Please refer to the full list on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or contact our support service.<\/p>\r\n<h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1723\">3.
